Getting started on your Sarasota florida fishing adventure

 Of course the first thing I would like to see you do is book a Sarasota fishing charter with Reelin & Chillin. However you may want to fish a few more times during your stay, so here is some information that may be of help.

Hart's Landing Bait offers live shrimp and frozen baits as well as renting rods and reels 941-955-0011. There is also a fishing pier just a short distance from the bait stand. Tides are important when fishing Sarasota, Hart's tide line is 941-366-8433.

Anna Maria Island - Snook, Holmes Beach - snapper, Bradenton Beach - Sheepshead, Longboat Key - Sea Trout, Mote Marine Flats - Black Drum, Sarasota - Redfish, St. Armand's Key - Pompano, Lido Key - Sea Trout, Siesta Key -  Sharks. It's likely you will find these species at all locations as well as spotting shorebirds, sea birds, Manatees, Dolphins and Ospreys.
